Getting Here
Glowsthetics is located inside My Salon Suite Dunwoody on the 2nd floor, above Foxtail Coffee. Free parking is available all around the building, with the Target side being the most convenient. From there, use the stairs or elevator up to My Salon Suite. Once you’re in the lobby, dial 202 + Bell to let me know you’ve arrived.

Arrive a few minutes early. If it's your first visit, you'll complete a brief intake form.
Skin Analysis
Before every treatment, we'll assess your skin and any changes since your last visit so your treatment can be customized for the best possible results.
Your Treatment
Your treatment is customized to what your skin needs that day. You're in a private suite with one provider, start to finish.
Post-Treatment Debrief
Before you leave, you'll get a clear rundown of what was done, what to expect in the next 24–72 hours, and exactly what to do — and avoid — at home. Refer to Section 05 below for your treatment-specific care guide.

Before Your Appointment
A few simple steps can help your appointment run smoothly and support the best possible results.
Please Do
- Arrive with a clean, makeup-free face whenever possible.
- Wear comfortable clothing. You'll be provided with a robe to change into if needed.
- Let me know if your skincare routine, medications, or health history have changed.

- Stay hydrated—well-hydrated skin responds better to treatments.
- Arrive a few minutes early so we can begin your appointment on time.
Please Avoid
- Retinol, exfoliants, or acids for at least 3–5 days before a treatment
- Waxing or shaving the treatment area within 24–48 hours beforehand
- Sun exposure or spray tans in the week before your treatment
- Botox or filler within 2 weeks of a corrective facial treatment
- Scheduling if you have an active cold sore or open wound in the treatment area

Do I need a consultation before booking a treatment?
Not always. If you’re unsure which treatment is right for you, I recommend booking a Consultation & Treatment so we can assess your skin and create a custom plan.
How far in advance should I book?
For the best availability, I recommend booking 3–4 weeks in advance, especially for corrective treatments. Same-week appointments are sometimes available for Facials and HydraFacials—check the online booking calendar for current availability.
Is parking available?
Yes! Free parking is available all around the building at 4531 Olde Perimeter Way, Ste 200, Suite 202, Dunwoody, GA 30346. If you have trouble finding the suite, just call or text me.
Can I switch treatments after booking?
Absolutely—just reach out. Every appointment begins with a skin assessment to ensure you’ve booked the best treatment for your skin that day. If another service would better suit your needs, we can adjust your treatment during your appointment.
What's your cancellation policy?
Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. Late cancellations and no-shows are subject to a $75 fee.
